scrumptious...

what this game brings out in me

THIS MF LOOKS LIKE GETO WHICH IS A WIN FOR MEEEEEEEEEEEEEE :3. god the art is so scrumptious and i have a guilty pleasure of human x android romance so this game very much scratched an itch for me. i really love how human the mc feels and the flashbacks between mc and seto really makes you feel like you're experiencing their relationship.

on my KNEES for the different plant forms; they're all so so pretty. the fact that this game pulled me in so early into demo/development is very much a compliment. looking forward to what's coming next :D!

First thing's first, I think that this game is well developed and thought out in terms of art, relative plot, and mechanics, especially since it's developed by only one person! I can see that a lot of love and care has been put into the game, and it definitely paid off :)). Absolute kudos to the developer for this.

Secondly,  I think that Jayce's POVs are really unique, and I love that the game started out with his perspectives. I'm wondering if more context on maybe his childhood or his family will be given out later in the game just because his feelings for mc seemed like they burst a little bit out of nowhere (like it's clear he's not very mentally stable but is there a deeper reason for that or did that just come out of nowhere after the incident). Overall, his POVs give me the heebie jeebies and that's fully meant in a loving way because I like it when devs make it known that yanderes (even if romanticized) are at the core straight up creeps.

Third, for the mc, I will say that I...am not the biggest fan of her.  Like many people have pointed out, much of her personality is already defined on its own. There's not a whole lot that players can actually do in terms of making our own personality choices. While I personally  prefer more customizable mcs (as in we shape our personalities through choices or define our own appearances), this wouldn't necessarily be a problem if the mc has  explicitly been made her own character (set name, appearance, etc.). I won't lie, a lot of the mc's actions gave me second hand embarrassment and they felt kind of immature or over the top (sorry, personal preference). The gray blob also kind of throws me off because she looks like YN from tiktok (pls get my reference), so quite goofy compared to realistic 3D Jayce.

Overall, I'm still looking forward to the direction that the game will be headed, and I had a lot of fun playing :D.

THIS IS SO FLIPPING CUTE!!!!!! Was literally d e v a s t a t e d that it was just a demo orz, but super excited for the next update!!!!

Also, is it just me or was the discord invite invalid??

Thank you for creating something so wonderfully thought provoking and nostalgic. You guys have perfectly captured the joys of growing up from childhood to adulthood while emphasizing important topic such as sexuality and familial relationships. As a 17 going on 18 year old in the midst of their senior year of high school and college applications, this game, particularly step 3, really struck a chord within me. You guys have managed to put these emotions I have been struggling with for so long into words, characters, music, and art. During quarantine, this game is exactly what I needed, like y'all really be giving me so much serotonin. I promise one day, when I earn my own money, I'm going to buy all of the dlcs and become a patreon member because you guys truly deserve every bit of support. Once again, thank you so very much for creating this game and having it free to play. It is truly a joy and blessing. <3
