C'mon man, you cannot be this naive unless you're new using linux. Most of the games you play are always in .exe files (windows extensions), there will and never be .deb/.tar.gx files ever. The only way to run games that mostly are built only for windows is to use something like Wine or Proton. Which can also be runned using Heroic Launcher or Lutris. Hope this helps.
