The lives are the eyes that are closed on the sides of the screen. They open one-by-one whenever you die and once they're all opened you're at your last life.

Yeahhhhhh, this is my first bullet hell, so I'm aware that there are some issues with balancing or readability.

The bomb simply gets rid of all bullets currently on screen, but at the cost of health.
