This game is beyond incredible. I don't think any game has made me cry this much. I've never felt so seen or included. The queer representation made me so happy to see. Especially, Knife and Keys. I was enthralled to see myself in a character as somebody who doesn't use she/he/they pronouns. ESPCIALLY, as somebody who uses xe/xem pronouns most of the time. As well as, the asensual representation which was a huge highlight for me. Relationships don't require touch and I love that it's touched on in this game. (No pun intended)
I really like how love and lovelessness are explored. How friendship is shown, how the lack of friendship is shown, and how relationships can go askew. Furthermore, I enjoy how long the game is, it truly feels like I sat down and went on an adventure with the cast. Every design and function of the game feels intentional.
Lastly, I enjoy how what I expected from the game was broken down from time to time. It goes hand in hand with how the concept of a "typical" friendship or other relationship "should be" is broken down. There's a lot to be learned about relationships and the lack of them. This game captures all of that beautifully.
