I'm going to do my best explaining how to get the ghost . First of all I had all the ladies with the status at max and with the possibility to have sex with all of them. I don't know if this is mandatory, but I want to let that drop. You must to have cameras on rooms around 111 (109, 112 and 113). I recomend to make a save before the next steps. From 1 to 3 am you must to check every room 111 included. You should see a red light in the camera and The Ghost wandering in the room (I've put a screenshot). The aparition of Ghost is completely random so you should make a save every night until you found her but if her appears on 2am she will appear always that night at the same hour, that's why so important to make the save every night. I want to say that seeing her as a jumpscare doesn't count to trigger the event. After seeing her you must use the ouija several times, so buy like 5 pointers or more to invoke her as many times you need. From that point you might be able to invoke her with the ouija from 1 to 3. I Hope this explanation helps you to find her quickly. You must to farm a little but totally worth it
