I couldn’t get the restart to work correctly, so I ended up making it do nothing as otherwise, it would crash, and I'm not sure why. I appreciate you bringing it up, though!
Thanks so much! Really glad you liked the visuals 😊 Yeah, totally agree—some kind of movement feedback would’ve helped. I was planning to add a little colored arrow pointing to the nearest Lipid, Protein, or Membrane, but I couldn't figure it out in time. I really appreciate the feedback :)

I spent most of my time trying to get the protocell stage in (which I didn’t finish), so I ran out of time for things like a proper background. I’ll add the controls to the Itch page though—really appreciate the feedback!
You're supposed to eat the Lipids, Membranes, and Proteins to grow into a protocell (which means you win), but I didn’t have time to make the protocell stage 😅 So for now, you just win when you eat everything listed in the top left.
