I see, that might be a bug then, as I don’t need to click anymore (other than to speed up the wps) once I get “Ink Flow”. At level 1 I get 0.5wps without clicking.

A nitpick I have is the difference between “clicking” and “activating” the “click to write” button. The “quill strength”‘s label says “+1 word per click” but I actually don’t need to click, holding the mouse button is enough. Some incremental games have this distinction, so I assumed this was the case as well.

I’ve just finished the demo by getting 100% of the “weight of knowledge”. By the end it was “too fast” in the sense that I didn’t know what more to do other than just holding the “click to write” icon and waiting for the weight of knowledge to fill up to 100%.

One thing I struggled with was picking the new words in the lexicon. Once I had a lot of them, I didn’t want to see the “Common” words anymore, but it was not possible to filter them out. It would also be nice to minimize the Ledge as it was getting on top of some UI elements.

I really like the idea and the graphics of this game. It feels so polished!

I wish there was an explanation/help for the upgrades as I struggle to understand what they do exactly. I’m basically putting everything on the “Ink Flow” as that’s the one I see growing the auto wps. I don’t understand what the “Auto Scribe” is supposed to do for instance. The description is “automate word generation without clicks” but this is something I already have since “Ink Flow”, so I don’t know what it adds.

The progression also feels a bit slow as I’m just waiting to have 15 written books to fill in the first shelf (I think that’s how I trigger the next “expansion”?)

I think there’s a bug when I play it in the browser. The game pauses if I’m not actively on that tab (e.g.: on another tab or app).

I like the graphics and the idea overall. The mini game of hitting the asteroids is pretty cool!

I didn’t fully understand the automation mechanism with the workers. They’re very slow and consume a lot for what they produce. I ended up ignoring the workers and just clicked on the mine button to sell at the market. This way I was able to get ahead with the research without having to manage the 3 different resources by buying them from the ships. Maybe I’m missing something, but they just got in the way of the research.
