hyper pregnancy is "kinda" ingame. a specific perk in the fertility tab allows you to continuously impregnate yourself even while already pregnant, thus allowing for a large belly size.

The "Hypertus" mod allows for both of these much easier

idk if you will see this, but i would really like to see more cumflation in this game. It being limited to just one defeat is a bit of a bummer in my opinion. A few more cases of cumflation (maybe even player-caused) would be really cool
