wouldn't show up in game for me, looked in the mod desc and its set to 62, changed it to 96 and it showed up under the trailer tab and seems to be all good now.

This was 100% my problem. I forgot I adjusted the view distances. I put them back at 4.0 and works perfectly. Now I can enjoy it! thank you ThundRFS, and No Creek Farms.
