at the begining it should show u in the right top corner if the mod is instaled, if it is the start a new game an it'll show u the option to allow it
u need 2 download the DLC (could be the free or payed version), unsip it and then move it 2 the "Game" foulder, i warn ya that if u have 1 of them u can't instal the other 1 so ig u gotta delete the first 1 and then add the new 1
