I switched to incognito like google says and nothing happens after I log in. I didn't get an option to play

I was able to play the first game fine, and this one was up at first as well but now it won't let me pass languages. I've tried logging in, out, downloading it too and googling tips. Is there something I'm missing or something wrong? Let me know if I may have messed it up by trying so many times. You guys are great and I wanted to thank you guys for your work!
