Yep, you need the steam client for start the game, i think. If i start the "LOW-FI.exe" the steam client environment will start together.Hope i / we can help you.
Hmm, maybe i tell old shit but i downloaded it, extract to a directory (in my case d:\games\LOW-Fi) and can start the game. "LOW-FI.exe" (I use the WMR hard & software.) It can help to install the steam client but exacctly i dont know. I test it in 4 minutes, the download must completed. ^^
