This was difficult and fun! I think the perspective and the mouse controls made it more difficult for me. I was confused with the controls in the first playthrough, but immediately said "Ohhh" when the game started.

I didn't understand how to tell the difference in the trash types until the second level, but that wasn't a deterrent for me. Also, I had an issue in the first level where a black screen popped up towards the end of the level. I couldn't duplicate it for a screenshot, but wanted to pass on the info just in case!

Love the style for this type of game. Great job!

Thank you so much!

Thank you for your feedback! We plan to add more story and context post game-jam. There are different characters we will bring in and different planets he crashes on.

Thank you so much!!

Thank you so much! It should work on a phone with swiping, so I will pass that issue on to Daniel. Perhaps we can add something post-jam to suggest the gears are safe and a goal to collect. Thank you for your feedback!

Look, you aren't the only one! I have a picture of the monsters face in the comments below - he's inspired by a telescope fish. 🥲

Thank you so much for the detailed feedback and suggestions! We are hoping to create a collection of easy one-handed cozy, mindless games, and this is a... prototype of us figuring out how to put together what we all bring to the table. We do plan to adjust the camera angle and add some sort of collision boundary before the edge of the map. That's great feedback.

I am also a filthy casual, so the speed was so fast for me, but it was a piece of cake for the guys! You are in good company with me 😂 Thank you again!

Thank you so much for the detailed feedback! I will pass the error and issues to Daniel.

If you take the gears to the ship one by one, it repairs the ship incrementally, but if you collect them all and then get in the range of the ship, it skips to the last animation. Definitely something we will fix when we get together again to improve it!

Thank you!! I hope to put a few more in the final product, too!

Good to hear! Thank you so much!

We plan to build this out into a full game, so we will take this into consideration. And we will most definitely will rework that animation 😂 Thank you for playing and for your feedback!

Thank you so much for your feedback! The camera angle note is pretty consistent. We will definitely play around with that. We also have a lot planned for exploration that didn’t make it into the game jam submission!

thank you! That’s a great idea - we can definitely add a flashing animation behind the spaceship once it’s ready to be upgraded.

You’re thinking telescope fish, aren’t you? 😂 I am hoping once we add the planned interaction with him, it will be less… phallic. Perhaps we need to redo the animation… Thank you so much for your feedback!

I genuinely enjoyed this game, but the first time the farmer got me, I was like 😱😱😱
Would love to see this game expanded!

Very nice look! As others mentioned,  I was able to put out a couple of fires, but my right-click didn't work, so I couldn't patch the holes. I like the concept, though, and would be interested to see a full game!

This reminds me of Overcooked, in the best way. Thought that it would be fun to have a chaotic two-player mode while playing. Cute concept! I agree with DmAndy that the purple hands bit was confusing at first.

Oh my goodness, it took me so long to figure this out, but I finally got it! After the first round, the rest came pretty easy. How to play the game was very intuitive, but I wouldn't say how to solve the puzzle was intuitive for me. I love the art and the concept in general, though!

Overall, I played your game for well over 20 min. There's just something primally addicting about gathering XP and upgrading tools/weapons. I don't know if it was my computer, but the game movements were very very slow for me. If this is a feature of the game itself, if you add on to this, I would love to see a player speed upgrade. Great job!

Thank you! Tauri is a wizard with sound.

We were hoping to have the game logic fleshed out a little more by the deadline, but this is as far as we got. Our first time using Unity. In the final product, the gears will go to the ship for repair!

I liked the level of challenge to this - a fun arcade game. I really enjoyed the stacking physics. Great job!

Not going to lie - I didn't make it past the second level. But I spent an embarrassingly long time trying to get the ball in that hole as I admired the animations and asset quality. As others have said, well done! The art is great and the game feels very polished.

I have been looking forward to seeing the game since seeing your previews in the discussion posts - this is so cute! I like the trade off between going faster, winning, and saving the candy for upgrades. I think that was a fun use of giving the player a dilemma of choice. Love the art!

Loved the progressive chaos and challenge - very different  and fun! Also, RVA? We are new to game design, but we are located in RVA, too! Hi!

After reading this, I was waiting for a jump scare the entire game going "Wait, this is so cute, what do they mean?" - Then I got to the end 😅

This captured how surreal it feels trying to just be a kid despite constantly being in and out of the hospital. Great job.

Loved the art! Very cute.

Very cute, very chaotic, very silly - I loved it. Great job!

We had a similar ideas, but it is cool to see it executed in a different way! I like the mining. The game was very intuitive right away.

So cute ♡ I enjoyed the mechanics.

Very cute and satisfying cozy puzzle. I saw you are also new to game making. Keep at it, this is a wonderful concept that I can see being popular in  the cozy mobile games community!

Once I got pedaling down, this was really chaotic and fun. Great job!
