uh it errored again...

yes i tried and i used chrome. maybe my network was the problem, im going to try to download it again and see if it works this time

I am using the browser but it still fails 

I can't download it in internet download manager neither because it says the download time is over and host refuse to connect. What should i do? I am really excited for the update

i have issue downloading the update   it stops mid download and says forbidden and i can't retry i tried downloading the update 3 times but failed it would be great if you could give me an external link thank you
