I have a problem. I play on mobile. I love the game a lot. I get in great. and everything is smooth. My issue is after the game ends. When I get to the part to either play again or quit. I will press on one of them. and my screen just freezes. why?

I have a problem. I am playing in mobile, and I can get in perfectly fine. but when the option comes to either play again or quit,  it freezes when I press one of them. my friends say there is supposed to be an add, but  my screen just freezes.
