I had been rechargeing twice i just rebooted the game and worked this time. also im fighting the boss but it keeps ignoring my shield. ive been making sure to time it properly.

I think I found a bug i powered up the reactor twice before i got the capacity card got a laboratory event yet no laboratory room. now I power up the reactor twice to get the blaster card and no second action to power down the reactor. Ive checked all rooms electrical computer corridor underground. no other button to click.

How do i get bio diversity? I'm stuck at phase 4

It was difficult to get past the inital phase. figs are the priority eat so I never have figs. I can't destroy buildings. And I can't control employment so I can get stuck unable to expand food because they are all employed and Im too hungry to grow a surplus.

also when I got the last capital upgrade I could no longer build. Is that supposed to happen?
