Not complete but it's the idea that counts I guess:

Hope you like it! https://itch.io/jam/shovel-jam-2025/rate/3738626

Definitivamente um dos jogos já lançados kkkkkkk

...I-it's just a ball man... ...why am I crying?

In all seriousness though, really inspirational, something a lot of us (me included) needed to hear (or read I guess).

As for the gameplay, fun. If you ever plan on building on this idea, making the ball race up is also a fun possibility.

...I got stuck on a S... ;-;

Great game. Really fun and almost addicting lol

The music changing based on the speed is a nice touch!

The obstacles and powerups do blend with the background a bit too much when going too fast though, but I guess it adds to the challenge.

Since the bugs have already been noted by others, I'll just comment on the things that are part of the game.

Fun gameplay, although just constantly doing the same dishes might eventually get repetitive so I hope more challenges are added as the game progresses.

The presentation is amazing, really nailed the otherwordly feel.

Having the ingredients names poster outside the kitchen is a bit annoying though lol.

A suggestion if possible would be having the option of using the mouse button to grab and release stuff instead of E.

P.S.: Falling off the map and looking at the angry costumers slowly fade into black beneath the moon was oddly atmospheric lmao.

Glad you liked it! Guess it still needs some balancing lol. And yeah, Country balls was the inspiration for the art style. A cross between those two was what I was aiming for.

Thanks! This is my first jam and my first ever published game, but I've been working on a VS/Holocure clone for half a year now, so I got some experience with the basic mechanics of a top down game. Also had the help of a friend who's never used game maker before so it was a learning experience lol
