I purchased "Combat RPG Full Collection + WEEKLY UPDATES!" for $25 in June 2025, but when I try to access my purchase through the email link from the purchase confirmation, it leads me to a page that says "We couldn't find your page."

Additionally, when I try to access it through itch.io directly, it opens this store page normally, but it does not show the asset pack as purchased and instead asks me to purchase it again.

I still have the original purchase email and receipt confirmation if needed.

Could you please check if the pack was moved, renamed, or if access to previous purchases needs to be restored manually?
