I've tried re-downloading many times, but the problem persists regardless of whether the file is on itch or Patreon.

It didn't work, but these messages appeared after installing the patch from Patreon.

The PC cannot open the file at all; after clicking the .exe file, the icon just flashes briefly at the bottom and then disappears.
