So the issue seemed to be the full screen optimizations, i turned it off and it started working normally (there were a few scaling problems though but its playable)

Hello, i have a problem with this game.

Whenever i load into the game world, when the game windows is focused, the picture is frozen, but the audio and game is still running. When im tabbed out though, the picture is updated. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have pretty bad specs, but im sure that they are enough for this game.
