Normally he’s supposed to hit rarely, but when he does, it should hit hard. During my own testing and playtests it felt mostly okay, or at least pretty close, but I’ll take another closer look at his hit chance/randomness and adjust it if needed. Thanks for pointing it out!
I am very happy that you enjoyed the demo. I know it is still early and not perfect, but messages like this give me a lot of motivation to keep working on it.
