After you deliver all the packages, you have to click on their rooms and you can re-do the package interactions to raise their affection towards you. Then, once you become their lover, you can visit them have sex with them.

Yeah I think what most people are mad about is the complete radio silence the devs are giving us. They have as much time as they need for the update, but if they don't tell us anything it starts to feel like this amazing game is becoming dead, when in reality it should just be getting started.
