This is Vindicator (Vinny for short).
She was built by the government as a killing machine, but she ran away and leads a life on the run now. She cannot stand injustice and will protect even complete strangers, if they're in danger. She can be very dangerous, but that's because of her enormous strength, that she doesn't have complete control over; she actually tries to hurt as few people as possible.
