I really like the atmosphere you have going here. The zooming, and angle is great. Constructive criticism, maybe some sort of fade in for buying abilities. I ended up clicking upgrades trying to shoot. Good luck.
I know the feeling. Crunch time really makes or breaks it. My game wasn't near bullet helly enough, but we just ran out of time. I didn't even sleep last night because I was up all night working on the boss. Got the game in like 3 minutes before the deadline.
