I am not certain about that, since 90% of the anime/hentai games would qualify as such (even on itch : Our Apartment, Tentacle Locker, Devil Academy, The grim reaper, Seleka-san who exposes unnoticed, Adventures of a mimic and many others).
The 'loli' subgenre on the other hand is specifically underage, and there are lots on dlsite, there might be on itch (i haven't checked).
However, i didn't understand why only this developer got such attention ?
Who cares this a game, this is a fictional world, there's no futa, there's no pixie, there's no weird creatures and so on in our world.

I did not act like i m right and not wasn't talking about you for the insult part Also in this game the lolicon genre is bit off because the size of character are all the same but it s ok if you see differences between them. I think you still take games too seriously, there's so many genre closer to reality than this game and you're fixated on childrens omg. Just taking 3 populars games close to reality : GTA series and Call of Duty / other war simulator yet they still exist and no one complains that you murder people, last one the Sims innocent game but you can play like God and decide who lives who dies even a children.
Also from someone who have a anime pfp I thought you would be smarter and know the diff between that model and a loli girl, this is very far from a loli model it should be at least half the current size, no boobs and a more innocent face, you're biased because all the monsters in this game are way bigger / taller.
Last point that I can understand but it's a biased opinion again : the anime style, I played so many H games in that style the bias is when a 30+ year old women looks 10 years younger, if you don't know that game Koikatsu it's school girls having sex with you as the main feature and because it's anime style most of them look like they just entered in college when in the game they're 18+.
If you keep seeing a little innocent child in that game then keep walking until you're out of the "anime style" games or touch some grass and look at a children then ask yourself "can she take a big orc penis without dying ?" NOTHING make sense because it's a GAME to ESCAPE reality, you keep focusing on childrens but what about a woman being raped or over sexualized ? It's ok because she's 18+ ? What about slavery games ? And if it was really not ok websites like itch.io would have said "It's not ok shut it down !" then the only way to find this game would be a more devious place than itch.io that you would find only with a specific research.
