I encountered a macro error when fighting the Bind that locked the game. I had been submissive to the point we get the option to "give yourself to him", but I instead picked the other option and went further submissive option a few more times to grow his dick more.
Then next time I went back and chose dominant as I wanted the ring and not the collar, but the scene ended with an error and I had to load from a save. Only option was to give myself to him to avoid the error.
