How do I get Like: 20 with Everett for the 'Bareshade Alliance' event's first step? Everett doesn't even show up in my relation log and he has no repeatable dialogue to gift or anything.

You have to catch him with that criminal in Northcrest at night first and then confront him about it

is it a one time event? i don't have any option to confront everett and i spent a few night roaming the streets without anything popping up

i feel like i might have locked myself out of this

I think you might be able to do it more than once, it’s the event where you catch Everett with booner in the residence area of northcrest

maybe it's just a low chance then and i'm being unlucky

edit : after looking for several more in game days i can only assume i'm locked out of it... guess i'll have to hope for another way to unlock everett's relation in the future if i want to see the bareshade alliance
