This is Noctina.
She sleeps during the day and crashes a lot of parties at night. She sometimes runs around in circles around street lights until somebody helps her out. When she wants to be alone, she sits on a rooftop somewhere and gazes at the stars while listening to music. Her favourite artist is Pertubator.
