The patron version got the new update 13 days ago, so you might have to wait another month for it to get public release, but it be worth the wait. Hopefully you can fix the saves on your end.
you do realize that means it will be roughly 2 days until the next public release right? they both release 15 days after the other normally. Each version (public) (patreon) a month from its previous version.
