You can try to search for 有道翻译官, which is a Chinese translator, I don't know if it will be used abroad, but might as well try, maybe Google Translator also has a screenshot translation? Or you can try searching for screengrab translation. If 有道翻译官 can use it, you can find its shortcut key in the Settings.
