Go to the fair entrance and hit the gray arrow. Then pick a yellow flower from outside FallenClan territory. Go left till you see an arrow pointing up, then click it. You should be in FireClan territory. Find Sparrowtail and click her. Then go to her son outside the leader's den in Brambleclan and click him. Then go to the medicine cat cave, hit down arrow, and go right a bit, and you'll see Sparrowtail chatting with her family. :)
