1: spend money to make boats 100 money = 1 boat
2: its usually where you clicked to spawn it
3: you click on anywhere on other nations
4: make your tax higher (its default at 0% for some reason)
5: your population is consuming the food, maybe your population is too high for the amount of land or maybe your selling too much of the food
