Every time I extract from the compressed files for windows it pops up an empty file folder is there a fix for this

I tried both and they seem to work fine for me.
Apparently what I needed to do was have save data from v3.9 for it not to come up empty which is odd but now i'm definitely gonna try it out. Sorry took so long to respond i've been playing alot of harem games lately from this site.
