every time I open the game it stays on a black screen and doesn't load anything, does anyone know how to help me?

I found a video from 2021, i know is pretty old but you can try this
If you have no sound then you can press 0 or + to unmute the game. for some reason it started up muted.
Everyone Knows The 0 And + Keys, They Are Listed In The Description. And We All Know That "It Starts Up Muted"
Well obviously not since so many people are complaining about it.
