Found a bug where you can grab the fire axe a second time after it breaks getting the medkit. I also can second the invisible Rex by the supporter computer, the cadet progression block by willow in the men's restroom, can't duck tape claire (also saw her first scene when she's one the phone talking to Becky twice)
The cadet progression block was fixed in the latest update (april 13), so make sure youve downloaded the right one.
the axe and rex "ghost" seem to not affect gameplay so nbd, and when i had to duct tape claire, despite being stuck with finding her on the cell phone a few times, i think i fixed it by focusing other quests (mustve overlapped a progression trigger or something). idk if its been fixed completely or not yet.
