This is Princess Corcra. She is the youngest daughter of the King of the Empire of the Blood Moon.
She is a transgirl, leading to her father issuing a new law, that allows people to change their gender. Her hobbies are hunting (humans, of course), and playing chess. She will grant you a wish, if you do her a favour; beware though, as she might eat you afterwards. In her eyes, all people are born equal - as a potential food source.
