I can't seem to figure out how to fill lube bottles. The only thing I know is Kar glows when I look at her with one, but nothing happens when I click on her, and I've tried stunning her first.

I found it. The water cooler only appears when you select the hardest difficultyIt also seems that you don’t have to win to collect the cum coins either, so feel free to die after giving the ink demon their lube.
The water cooler appears on all difficulties but is generally a little hard to find.
I had found the water dispenser and filled the lube bottles but how do I get the coins?
