The results page says "0 ratings were cast. between December 29th 2016 at 11:00 PM and December 29th 2016 at 1:00 PM."
which makes no sense that the ratings were supposed to be cast during the time of submission... It was supposed to end December 29th 2016 at 11:00 PM. The 1 pm part confuses me even more. I don't really know...
