Why do you have it in Japanese?? Or Chinese, whichever that is

This is not Chinese or Japanese. It's gibberish. The format of the poster's notepad does not match the format of the author.

no  is just like that

This is because your Windows 10 notepad is not the same as the format of the author's in garbled code. You just need to check online how to change the format of the notepad, so it won't be garbled.

By inference,The author should use ANSI coding,Instead of UTF-8, which is commonly used now.

Or vice versa. The poster uses ANSI,And the author uses UTF-8.

Still Doesn't Work So Please If Anyone Can Translate The Text Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease

that's actually your save file ie: how many points you have, if you have something and how many and basic stuff like that.

It's not meant to be decoded, you don't wanna cheat, Do you?

Please tell me where you found this.

in da appdata

This is the game's code file, it's "compiled" wich pratically means it's hidden, to change it or even understand it you need a decompiler and the knowledge of what code language the game (or atleast, the file) was written in.

It has been created with Clickteam Fusion 2.5

The code looks obfuscated...probably it's a protection, anyway, it has been made in clickteam fusion 2.5

Hi, i managed to look into the game's code with clickteam fusion developer... but it didn't go well... the developer obscured some cutscenes...
