While the game is amazing, there are occasional glitches that disrupt the experience. One frustrating issue is when clicking on a folder fails to open it, requiring a game restart. The dialogue can also become repetitive, with characters not responding appropriately to actions like checking off items on a list. Hopefully, future updates will allow for more interactive responses from the neighbor/doorman.

Just so you know (if you haven't already found it) there's a page where they have solutions to common problems and one of them is the folder issue. You just have to open and minimize/close all the other folders and then you can access the broken one again :) they're most likely working on fixing that bug already since they're aware of it and already have a temporary solution.
