I think I had the same problem bro,

1. go to apple system preferences (top left)

2. go to "security and privacy"

3. go to general

4. find in there "allowed apps downloaded from" and click the other option (App Store and identified developers)

tysm it worked! but on the top and bottom of my screen there are little red and black lines that are flashing is that bad or normal

great happy it works! idk if that means anything tbh as long as it works it should be fine :)
