You get a mail every day that tells you what to do. It's either one of two tasks. You should always start by downloading invoices from the cloud. For the first task you need to fill in the contents of the invoices into the database (Tables program). You can find the stuff that goes into the columns inside the invoice file. Make sure to upload the table once you're done.
For the second task you need to send the invoices to clients via the mail app. Just make sure to set the right recipient and attach the invoice to the right mail.
