It's a shame that you feel this way about Luca, but ironically enough, this character was created in collaboration with our writer's queer friends, who proofread the entire story and provided a metric ton of feedback to make him exactly the kind of character they vibe with, while also sticking to his original concept. It's a borderline self-insert, considering how many traits from them Luca inherited.
