It's fairly easy to edit it for private use, just download notepad ++,find the mod and take it out of the mod folder, then open the zipped mod find JD_4055 or JD_4055 2wd or the 4455 versions and copy them to9 your desktop, open them with note pad ++ and find the store power edit that, then find the configs for engines and edit those, then save and copy it back into the mod and replace the old ones.
