I know someone who says they have this game on their phone. I don't know how, since the mobile version isn't even out yet. Also, will 2.4 be only for patron members?
currently for now, 2.4 is for patron members until they get a newer version and that 2.4 will be given to us when they have 2.5, and I don't know about that phone part, it shouldn't be possible unless they used something to get it onto there.
