Wow, an adult game with actual gameplay behind it, good job!
Nah but jokes aside here are a few thoughts about the game:
1. Core gameplay is engaging and it only needs addition to variety and actual content.
2. For anyone paying for the game, don't expect to get a full game, this is more like a proof of concept and therefor should be more seen as dev support.
3. Even tho it's a pretty minor thing, having an option to add "surgery scars" (as in breast removal scars) seems a bit grim and out of place for the game to me.
4. Overall I can see how this can become something pretty special so keep up the work!
