I understand your criticism. But the reason I came back is because everything is going well for me at the moment. Both my mental and physical health have improved. However, I realize now that I should have communicated that better. I should have said something like, "I need to take a break for a while." Looking back, I believe it was a cowardly and dishonest attitude. But at that time, I was unable to think clearly, and I was simply scared of all social media platforms.
