I just figured it out buddy. Go to the temple at noon and you can spend time with her!
The only time she's there is in the afternoon, and Hawk club needs to be at level 5 before i can do anthing.
Go to the Temple at NOON.
That did it. Somehow i missed her outside the temple. Thanks.
