Unfortunately I can't install it, I believe @steph_kitty69 might be onto something.
Which version? With Windows you don't install it. You just unzip it and click on the .exe file to play it. I'm not sure how the Mac or Android versions work.
the android version, I gave up on it and installed the windows version, joiplay works perfectly with it
