Hey, I've been messing with gauntlet, is he balanced? His attacks are fast, and he disobeys the 4 frame rule. He also has good movement tech, meaning projectiles don't do much. He has no negative state, and if somehow you end up in the air with nothing, you can just roll/block anyways, so that's nothing.
